HPW attorneys win appeal setting important precedent for general contractors in Georgia. The City of Atlanta attempted to avoid paying change orders based on lack of council approval while at the same time being directed and required to perform the change order work. HPW won this issue at the trial court level and the City of Atlanta appealed. The Georgia Court of Appeals rule against the City of Atlanta setting an important precedent for general contractors in Georgia.
