HPW obtained a jury verdict for fraudulent transfers against a developer

Following a jury trial in Cobb County Superior Court, HPW obtained a judgment of approximately 2 million on behalf of a general contractor, against a developer for fraudulent transfers following non-payment by the developer to the general contractor. The award included attorney’s fees and punitive damages.
