Ms. Williamson centers her practice on commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on employment and construction litigation.
Ms. Williamson's employment practice focuses on litigation involving federal and state statutes governing employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation,
as well as issues related to employee leave. She has also represented employees and employers in litigation related to restrictive covenant and trade
In her construction practice, Ms. Williamson represents general contractors and owners in a broad range of disputes. Her experience includes litigation,
mediation, and arbitration of construction defects, design errors and omissions, schedule delays, defaults, and payment disputes. Ms. Williamson has
also drafted contract documents including contractor-subcontractor and design-build agreements.
In her free time, Ms. Williamson enjoys watching football and basketball—particularly when the Tar Heels and Falcons are winning.
