Ms. Holzer focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on construction litigation.
Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Ms. Holzer served as an Assistant Attorney General in the post-conviction litigation section of the Georgia Attorney
General’s Office. While at the Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Holzer represented the state in direct appeals of murder convictions and represented
the Georgia Department of Corrections in post-conviction habeas corpus cases in both state and federal courts. Ms. Holzer also has substantial appellate
experience, handling dozens of cases in the Georgia Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and arguing before the Georgia Supreme
Court on multiple occasions.
Ms. Holzer graduated from the University of Georgia and received her J.D. from Emory University, where she was a member the Moot Court Society and served
on its executive board. In her free time, Ms. Holzer enjoys playing tennis and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
