Mr. Hall is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction disputes. While at the firm, he has assisted the firm in resolving a wide variety of claims in state and federal courts throughout Georgia and the Southeast, as well as before arbitration panels. His litigation experience includes representing general contractors and sub-contractors in connection with breach of contract claims, claims for fraud and negligence, delay claims, acceleration claims, defective design and defective materials claims, lien claims, and fraudulent transfer actions. Mr. Hall has also assisted in the firm's representation of bank directors in lawsuits brought by the FDIC.
Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Mr. Hall was a litigation associate in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, LLP, where he gained experience representing clients in a broad variety of complex commercial disputes, including suits brought under the federal securities laws, shareholder derivative lawsuits, breach of contract actions, and other business torts. Mr. Hall also assisted the firm's client in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations and in conducting internal investigations.
Mr. Hall is a graduate of Haverford College (magna cum laude) and Harvard Law School.
