Mr. Williams focuses his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation. In his construction practice, Mr. Williams counsels and guides clients with construction claims and disputes including contract disputes, performance failures, construction defects, delay claims, design errors and omissions, and defective plans and specifications.
Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Mr. Williams represented and advised government entities and publicly-held and privately-held companies in a wide range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Williams has also drafted a variety of corporate structure contracts including shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and 501(c)(3) documents.
Mr. Williams graduated from the University of Georgia and received his J.D. / M.B.A. from Georgia State University, where he was a member the Student Trial Lawyers Association and Black Law Students Association. In his free time, Mr. Williams enjoys playing pickup basketball, dominating in chess, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs & Los Angeles Lakers.
