HLP is pleased to announce Taylor Morris as the firm’s newest Partner. Working out of the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina, office, Morris primarily focuses on construction litigation and complex transactional work for clients based throughout the Southeast.
“Since joining HLP three years ago, Taylor has expanded our industry and legal capabilities for the benefit of our extensive client roster,” shares Ward Lambert. “We congratulate him on his promotion, and we look forward to continued success together.”
Morris represents and advises clients in connection with contract negotiations, claims avoidance and management, and construction payment and delay claims, among other matters. In addition, he serves on the council of the South Carolina Bar Construction Law Section and is an adjunct professor at the Charleston School of Law. He earned a B.S. degree in construction science and management from Clemson University and holds his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law.
