HPW elected Zachary Hall as Partner of the firm as of January 1, 2020.
Mr. Halls’ practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction disputes and corporate governance disputes.
Mr. Hall represents clients in state and federal courts and arbitration panels throughout the United States, with a particular focus on Georgia and the Southeast. Mr. Hall also frequently represents corporate officers and directors facing breach of fiduciary duty and business tort claims.
In addition to receiving his J.D. at Harvard Law School, he received his B.A. from Haverford College, graduating magna cum laude.
